Live Like You Were Dying

There’s this old country song that’s been stuck in my head recently. Any guesses? (Hint: it’s the title of this post)

Answer: Live Like You Were Dying by Tim McGraw

Haven’t heard of this song? Check out the lyric video here.

I read this song as living in the present and taking risks as if you were going to die tomorrow. Because, only God knows if you will.

It’s amazing how wonderful life can be when you start to appreciate the little things. So, long story short, live life to the fullest. After all, each day is a gift, that’s why its called the present.

Now, I ask you this: If tomorrow was a gift and you had an eternity to think about what you’d do with it, what would you do with it?
