When I was a child, I always wondered why everyone bowed their heads when they prayed. I mean, if God was up above, why did we look down? It took me a good bit of time to understand.

So earlier today, I hiked a mountain with my friend…and threw up. My friend was long ahead at this point, desperate to get to the top which left me helpless a few minutes away from a pretty amazing view of God’s creation.
